Return window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

How to make a return
1. Contact us: Email info@charliechloe.com to request a return form and the return address.

2. Prepare your return: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging to avoid damage during return shipping.

3. Ship your return: Follow the instructions on the return form. Keep your shipping receipt until we confirm receipt.

4. Receive your refund: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within up to 7 business days. You will receive an email notification once the process is complete.

Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, all items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags still attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. No restocking fee will be charged.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund within 7 days. You will be notified by email once the refund has been issued to the original payment method.

Exchange

Did you receive damaged or incorrect items?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately with a photo of the item(s) at info@charliechloe.com. We will promptly address the issue and either provide a replacement or refund you the full amount.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at info@charliechloe.com. If your order has already been shipped, please follow our return procedure to receive a full refund.
