Order Confirmation
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email listing your purchase. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@charliechloe.com.
Order Processing Cut-Off Time
To ensure that your order is processed on the same day, please place your order before 3:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Berlin). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.
Processing Time
Our team processes your order promptly, usually within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Delivery Times
After dispatch, your order will be delivered within 3–7 business days (Monday to Friday). Shipping is free for all orders.
Total Shipping Time
The total shipping duration consists of the processing time and delivery time and is usually 4–10 business days in total (Monday to Friday).
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please notify us immediately at support@charliechloe.com.
Order Delays
In rare cases, unexpected delays may occur. If this happens, we will of course keep you informed about the status of your order.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us before it is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is only possible through the return process.
